Wenn die Wohnung am Ende der Mietzeit in einem akzeptablen Zustand zur\u00fcckgegeben wird, erhalten Sie die Kaution umgehend zur\u00fcck. Im Streitfall muss der Vermieter die Angaben an die zust\u00e4ndige Stelle weiterleiten und den Streitfall registrieren.
