Located in the Sketty area of Swansea, this property is within a mile of Swansea University and two miles of the University of Wales, Trinity St David's, Swansea campus.
There are frequent buses to the city from Sketty (including the nos.20, 20A and 21A) and an excellent range of local shops and facilities for the people who live there.
DISTANCE FROM SWANSEA UNIVERSITY
Car - 1.6 miles, or about 6 minutes. From the front of the building, go West along Dillwyn road to the the roundabout where you should take the second exit on to Sketty Lane just short of a half mile along the road. Follow the road down to the bottom and turn left at the lights on to the Mumbles road. The entrance to Swansea University main campus is less than half a mile on the left hand side.
Walk - The walk is only 0.8 miles and so 15 minutes or so. Cory St faces 18 Dillwyn Road, so your easiest way is to cross the road and head down Cory St until you get to De la Beche Road at the bottom. Cross the road and turn left. After about 50 yards, you will see an entrance to Singleton Park on your right hand side, taking you down past the school and Sketty GP surgery. Follow the path through the park and you will see the University ahead of you. There is a choice of entrances from the park depending on which part of the campus you are aiming for.
DISTANCE FROM TRINITY ST DAVID’S, UNIVERSITY OF WALES, SWANSEA
Car - 1.9 miles, or 6 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. From the front of the building turn up to Sketty Cross where you should take the right hand lane and turn right at the lights on to Gower Road, heading towards the City Centre. Continue on this road via Uplands and along Walter Road and Mansel Street, a distance of about 1.8 miles. Turn left opposite the police station and drive up the hill to the campus up in Mount Pleasant.
Walk - 1.9 miles, a walk of about 35 minutes following the same route as by car.
Bus - a number of buses leave from Sketty Cross and the journey will take 15 to 20 minutes depending on the route
