Who we are, and what we do?
Swan Sales & Lettings specialise in letting student accommodation and in commercial lettings. We own and manage a number of properties ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 10 bedroom houses, as well as some commercial property.
Our offices are in the centre of Uplands, in Swansea, so we are a local company which understands the area. Our local presence also means that we offer rapid, personal support to our tenants.
Our properties are located in the best student streets in the Brynmill and Uplands areas, or in Swansea city centre where they are convenient for the University of Wales, Trinity St Davids and the local colleges.
We pride ourselves on personalised and individual service. We offer well-maintained accommodation. We check fixtures and fittings and decorations continuously and update our properties regularly.
We focus on offering competitive rents to students and young professionals. Our contracts are flexible with discounts during holiday periods.
Our lettings are fully managed with round the clock support for property emergencies.

Swan Letting have been providing student and commercial properties for let for more than 10 years now. During this time we have always striven to provide the very best accommodation in the best locations. We offer many types of rooms. As well as student houses, we offer self-contained flats or two bedroom shared apartments for anyone not looking for a multiple occupation house.
We are a family business and our tenants find that renting with us is a very different experience to renting elsewhere in Swansea. We know, first hand, the importance of having a place you can call home, where you can feel safe and secure while you are at university.

Our Property Standards
Conform to current HMO regulations
We take care that that our properties conform to current HMO regulations and are regularly inspected by the local authority to ensure that high standards are maintained. All our tenants receive formal contracts at the commencement of tenancies and deposits are paid into a deposit protection scheme for the tenant’s protection and peace of mind.
Over the years, we have made the conscious decision to maintain a relatively modest scale of operations to allow us to offer a responsive and individually tailored service to all our students and tenants. We pride ourselves on the positive reviews our tenants give us, both past and current, and much of our growth in recent years is attributable to word of mouth from our customers.
Unlike other providers or estate agents, we run our own property management service, which means that tenants have access to help at all times and calls are dealt with and issues addressed promptly without the need to contact the landlord for consent or for tradesmen to attend.
